Q: "What has been challenging about raising 6 kids?"
A:Christina: "Well can I say-just raising six kids is challenging. With 5 of them all being close in age, they like to fight and argue a lot.. That's not all! Then you have to feed them and cloth them. Then you have all the schools to deal with! When they hit kindergarten you have parent-teacher conference with 6 different teachers! You also have all 6 kids pulling you in different ways trying to get your attention. Somedays you are like AAAHHHH! Then, you look down at them and you just fall in love with them again."
A: Christina: "I believe that I'm blessed for even having six kids! I believe my blessing in having six kids is watching them grow up! I'm blessed every day I see their smiles & hear their laughter. I'm blessed when they come up to me and say "Mommy I love you" & give me a big hug! I'm blessed with having six wonderful kids who are all unique in their own ways! I'm blessed watching them doing the things they enjoy with those big smiles."
Q: "Wow-6 kids-That seems like a lot these days!!!"
A: Some poeple look at me and my husband like we are crazy for having this many kids that close in age. Our kids ages are 13yr, 7yrs, 6yrs, 5 1/2yr, 4yrs and 3 1/2yrs.
We just tell them that is how it is. We started out with three kids of our own, then two years ago we got guardianship of our 2 nieces and 1 nephew, so that is what gave us six kids. At first it was a little crazy when they came to live with us, but now it feels like they have always been with us. Some people tell us that we are their guardian angels. We tell them that they are ours, and that what they gave us is more love and hugs. Just like we tell everyone that all of them are our kids, so yes we have six beautiful kids.
